Doretha Morgan has two passions-finance and Women Fitness. She is a certified personal trainer since 2013, Senior Fitness Specialist and Women Fitness Specialist. Her main focus is inspiring women to Move towards a healthy lifestyle. Join her this fall in her two fitness classes; Get your Grove On and Fit and Fabulous.

 

Amorie McGrew started her journey in the dance world at the age of 3. Through her years, she has studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop, and Pointe. Amorie also has a passion for theatre which landed her roles in stage plays such as Guys & Dolls, The Music Man, The Pajama Game and West Side Story. After graduating high school Amorie performed for various artist and television performances. She was also very instrumental in helping to open dance studios in the local area until her professional career pulled her in the opposite direction. She became a feature dancer for the “Aretha Franklin So Damn Happy Tour”. In addition to teaching dance in her down time she traveled with Ms. Franklin for 3 years and continued to shows and performances thereafter. Amorie is still thriving in the dance community. Last year she was a feature dancer in the stage play “One Harlem Night” with Brian J. White, Darren Henson, and Carl Payne. Her most recent role is her favorite where, she is proud to be the Assistant Director of Inspire 2 Move Dance Studio where she gets to continue to spread her love and passion for dance to our amazing youth.

Cheyenne Baker is a professional dancer from Detroit, MI. Baker started her training at the age of 7 while attending MBS Training Center in Oak Park, MI where she studied Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, and Gymnastics. In 2008, she graduated from the Detroit School of Arts with a Major in dance and Minor in Radio/Television. After graduation, Baker attended Oakland University where she was a member of the Oakland Dance Theatre and studied under Christopher Huggins and Alicia Cutaia. Since then, Baker has performed in many states with various artists such as Keyshia Cole, TGT, Aretha Franklin, and Christopher Williams just to name a few. She is now an instructor/choreographer for Inspire 2 Move, Dance Studio specializing in Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary. In addition to being a teacher and choreographer, she is a member of the B3 Movement and has her own contemporary dance company, A2D Dance Company. A2D Dance Company is the 3rd Place Winner for World of Dance Michigan 2018. Baker is the Creative/Artistic Director for the company and her vision is to bring awareness to a popular style of dance known as Contemp-Hop.

 

Isabelle Allor began her Cecchetti training at the age of 11 under the instruction of Kathy Cooke. She has passed her Diploma Cecchetti exam, the final exam in the syllabus. She was selected as one of eight to represent USA in the 2014 Cecchetti International Ballet Competition, winning a full scholarship to the Richmond Ballet Summer Intensive. With Northville Ballet Theatre, Isabelle has performed the roles of Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, The Blue Bird in The Sleeping Beauty, Odette | Odile in Swan Lake, Swanhilda in Coppelia, Hermia in A Midsummer’s Night Dream, Carlotta Grisi in Pas De Quatre, Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty, and Kitri in Don Quixote. Isabelle has also had the honor of performing as a guest artist at TMB Ballet and Trenton School of Dance, dancing the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy. Isabelle’s teaching career began in 2014 as an assistant teacher for Cecchetti Primary levels and Grade 1. She currently holds her Cecchetti Teacher Grade 5 and is working to take her Teacher Grade 6. Isabelle continues to perform professionally as well as share her love for ballet through the art of teaching.

 

Michelle Maniaci is a Wayne State University graduate who trained at Gibney Dance Center in NYC and was a member of Sea Legs Dance & Juliana Garber + Dancers. She has performed at the Music Hall, Detroit Dance City Festival, DIA, Kennedy Center and in South America and Sri Lanka. Michelle is a choreographer and has had work shown in NYC and Detroit. Michelle is also a dance instructor and is very passionate about sharing her love of dance and fitness with students all across Metro-Detroit.
